Yasmina Najem is specialized in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Yasmina has experience in investment treaty and commercial arbitration under a variety of institutional rules (including the ICC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL Rules). She is Lebanese and practices in English, French and Arabic.
Yasmina is admitted to the Beirut Bar. She also holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Economic Law from the Sorbonne Law School and obtained her Bachelor degree from the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut.
