Magali Garin is specialized in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Magali is a French and Spanish national, and she is able to practice in French, Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Prior to joining BETTO SERAGLINI, Magali Garin worked in Paris and Washington DC. She has practised for several years in the arbitration department of a leading international law firm and has experience in the private and public sectors as well. Magali has represented parties in commercial and investment arbitrations brought under the auspices of the ICC, ICSID and SCC.
Magali Garin holds diplomas from Sciences Po (Law School) and the University of Paris II (Panthéon – Assas).
