Julien Fouret, partner, is highly regarded in the field of investment arbitration, a subject matter which he teaches and has also published the “Recueil des Commentaires des Décisions du CIRDI 2002-2007” (Bruylant-2009) as well as spearheaded “Enforcement of Investment Treaty Arbitration Awards” (Globe Law – 2015).
